So this morning, I stumbled upon this video on my YouTube home recommendation. It's a video, entitled How to Make Japanese Curry Udon Noodles. Have no expectations at all, yet here I am, left in awe after watching it.

As I've said above, I have no expectations at all for this video. I was expecting that he will use "ready-to-cook" materials, like ready-to-cook-noodles, and such. But turns out, he's not. He prepared the Curry by himself, and Udon too by himself. Instant ingredients used here are only some powders, such as Turmeric, Pepper, and Cumin.
Looks interesting to try, but I don't think I will, at least for now. This definitely requires a lot of patience, and time to do so.

I am definitely gonna cover this channel later on in the future. Interesting concepts and niche. It's natural, no music at all, no useless chit-chat. Just a diligent man cooking, and we only need to watch.
